In my work as a therapist, people and the connections we make with each other are what drives me. I value building trusting relationships with my clients and consider the connection we make to be the thing I love most about my work. I’ve always been interested in mental health and the human experience, and I strive to bring that passion into my work every day while walking with my clients through their mental health journey.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors. My favorite activities include hiking, running, horseback riding, and paddle boarding.
