Helping people feel deeply understood is what I love, particularly during seasons when they may feel disconnected from themselves or unsure how to move forward. It is meaningful to create a space where clients can be honest, make sense of their experiences, and begin approaching themselves with greater compassion. I especially enjoy witnessing the moments when clients recognize their own strengths and start making changes that feel authentic to who they are. A desire to help others heal and feel less alone in what they are experiencing is what led me to this field.

I value curiosity, creativity, humor, and meaningful connection. I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds and strive to create a space where every part of a client’s identity can be explored with respect and openness.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, the outdoors, spending time with others, creative projects, and learning about history, culture, and human behavior. I also love spending time with my partner, exploring new places with him, and going on walks with our dog.

Curiosity, creativity, humor, and meaningful connection are values I hold closely. Working with clients from a wide range of religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds is something I especially value, and I strive to create a space where every part of a client’s identity can be explored with respect and openness.
