I’m honored to be a part of a therapist’s professional journey and to support them as they deepen their skills and experience. I enjoy the reflective nature of supervision and providing a chance to slow down and look at cases through various lenses.
One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is talking about therapy, whether it’s a specific modality, or a theory of change, or just more broadly what it means to be human. I chose to become a clinical supervisor because it’s fun to meet with other therapists and ponder together.
When I’m not working, you can find me hiking, sitting by the ocean, enjoying a leisurely meal with family and friends or reading both fiction or nonfiction.
