I became a therapist because of the impact therapy had on my own life. Experiencing the healing, insight, and support that can come from a strong therapeutic relationship inspired me to provide that same space for others. I love helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate healing and growth.
What I love most about being a clinician is walking alongside people as they make sense of their stories, heal deeper wounds, and reconnect with who they are. I value creating a space where clients feel safe and understood. I love balancing deeper emotional work with practical coping skills, while bringing compassion, honesty, and humor into the therapy room.
I strive to create a therapy space that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming to all people. My goal is for clients to feel safe showing up as their authentic selves without fear of judgment, while honoring each person’s unique identities, experiences, values, and backgrounds.
When I am not working, you can find with at home with my animals or at Disneyland or a concert.
