I entered this field because I’ve always felt called to support others. I want to contribute to the growth of people who are seeking help so they can step into the strongest, truest version of themselves. I draw from Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients tell their stories – and, when they’re ready, reshape those stories in ways that support growth, ease, and forward movement.
What I love most about my work as a clinician is helping people understand, accept, and genuinely appreciate who they are. I’m especially grateful for the moments when someone begins to step out from behind the curtain of depression, anxiety, stress, or trauma and lets more of themselves back into the light.
I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, and diving into nonfiction, historical novels, and thrillers. I also enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
