What I love most about my work as a clinician is walking alongside clients as they move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to what matters most to them. It's incredibly meaningful to create a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and compassionate with themselves—especially during times of stress, anxiety, or relational conflict. I find deep fulfillment in helping clients discover new perspectives, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and strength. It's a privilege to be part of that process.
I was drawn to this work because I’ve always been deeply interested in people’s stories—how their relationships, experiences, and inner worlds shape who they are. I know what it’s like to feel pressure, self-doubt, or uncertainty about the future, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and walk with you through those struggles. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of my desire to help others feel seen, supported, and capable of change. It’s an incredible honor to be trusted with people’s most vulnerable moments and to help them find clarity, healing, and hope.
It takes courage to seek support; you don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you're navigating a current challenge or seeking long-term growth, I will meet you with warmth and respect. Together, we can create a safe space to explore, heal, and move forward at your pace. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this journey.
When I’m not working, I love baking and staying active by hiking, walking my dog, and playing pickleball with my husband. I also enjoy watching shows like Survivor and The Great British Bake Off, discovering new food spots, and relaxing with a good book.
