What I love most about my work as a clinician is the privilege of being invited into people’s most vulnerable moments and walking alongside them in their healing and growth. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness transformation—when clients start to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with their own sense of possibility. I also deeply value the relational aspect of this work. I believe that healing happens in connection, and I find joy in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel seen and understood. Each session reminds me of the resilience of the human spirit, and being part of that journey is both humbling and inspiring.
I was drawn to this work because supporting others through their healing felt deeply fulfilling to me. Being able to walk with someone through their struggles and witness their growth gives me a strong sense of purpose and meaning. I love helping people discover their own truth and supporting them as they learn to accept it and live in alignment with who they truly are.
When I'm not working, I love spending time with my dog—who I definitely spoil—and caring for my two chickens. I'm a bit of a foodie, so I enjoy exploring new foods with family and friends. Yoga is also a big part of my life—it helps me stay grounded and present.
