Life can be challenging, and I truly believe that no one should feel they are alone. I always knew I wanted to help people in some capacity, and becoming a therapist felt like a natural way for me to be there for others. I enjoy being a part of my clients’ journeys, and being present when they need a safe place, free of judgment and shame. I find fulfillment in being there at the moment my clients have gained insight of their own and are ready to make the changes they feel are necessary for growth.
In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my animals, making new adventures, and being a part of nature.
