Mental health is health. I’m passionate about being a part of erasing the stigma surrounding mental health care, and to providing the opportunity for people to process and feel empowered in managing their mental health. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for each of my clients to process their thoughts and feelings. Therapy can be a great tool for personal growth and recovery, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to support others on this journey.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Most of all, I love doing arts and crafts with my kiddo.
