I feel truly privileged to witness the remarkable resilience in other people’s lives. Every day, I’m inspired by the trust and vulnerability of my clients, and I deeply value the meaningful connections we build along the way.
I bring a genuine passion to helping others and a commitment to providing compassionate care through a blend of holistic and evidence-based practices. My approach honors the complexities of your experiences and the unique parts of you that hold stories, wounds, and resilience.
What I love most is the privilege of sitting with people as they tell their stories and watching self-healing unfold over time. Supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves, the worlds, and others is deeply grounding and rewarding. I’m constantly inspired by their resilience and the courage it takes to show up, reflect, and grow.
I believe in authentic connection, humor when it’s needed, and creating a safe space where you can be your unique self without judgment. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges so you can heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels deeply aligned with who you are.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me exploring nature, practicing yoga, drinking matcha, taking photos, or spending time with friends and family.
