I love working with people and supporting them as they navigate challenges and difficult moments. I’ve always wanted to give back to my community, and I’m grateful to do that through my work. I learn so much from my work with clients and really enjoy finding solutions and insights that can help others better understand themselves.

I value building meaningful connections with clients and believe everyone needs support at times, even when asking for help can feel hard. Being able to connect with clients is really special and I love to be able to see small changes that make clients feel better. As a Latina, I think we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves and I like to be able to process and talk through that and hopefully lift a little bit of that burden.

Outside of work, I love to cook, it is a big part of my self-care. I also enjoy spending time with my family, learning and growing together, walking, and being in nature when I can. I’m always looking to learn new things, so I enjoy reading, researching, and continuing to develop my skills and abilities.
