I consider it an honor to be a part of someone’s journey through therapy. I am dedicated to supporting others as they grow and to providing a safe space for them to heal. Watching my clients become more assured of themselves and their capabilities is a privilege.
One of my favorite parts of my work is the opportunity to meet unique individuals and hear their stories. I have always empathized with the struggles other people face and wanted to find ways to help. My education and experience has given me the tools I needed to do so in a productive way. I am honored to be the person others can seek help from, the person who will make them feel heard and seen.
When I am not working, I enjoy writing fiction, reading, singing, playing video games, and spending quality time with my partner and our bearded dragon. I also like to hike when I can (weather permitting) and to do yoga
