As a clinician, I love working alongside my clients through any and all of their challenges and personal struggles. To be that supportive figure that offers a non-judgmental space where they can unload and sift through their stories. Whether as a sounding-board, providing perspective and feedback, or analyzing experiences to build better personal understandings for their stories. My aim is to have an open dialogue and work as a team with my clients.
My own personal experiences with therapy and watching others talk about therapy in general pushed me towards wanting to pursue this line of work. I wanted to give a space to others where they can feel heard and seen for who they are.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and my pets. Engaging with my hobbies like fiction writing and reading, playing video games, and getting out into nature when I can! I also love listening to music, cooking and baking, and sitting down with a good tv show or video essay.
