What I love most about my work as a therapist is seeing the transformation my clients go through – from a place of suffering to a place of new-found hope. It’s an honor to be a part of people’s journeys and to see their progress, no matter how big or small. I love listening to people’s life stories, developing close relationships with my clients, and providing them with a contained and brave space where they feel safe.
I am fluent in Spanish, which I’m able to use in both my professional and personal life. In my free time, I love going on walks and hikes with my family and dogs. I consider myself a foodie and love trying out new recipes and finding new places to eat. To decompress, I enjoy watching a good movie or show.
