I am continuously amazed in my work as a clinician, how often a client’s lifeforce, nervous system, and mental chatter begin to relax and respond as a result of self reflection and self discovery. Often, I notice in the work, that our troubles, suffering, or undesirable patterns are actually a road map for personal growth. It is from this place of acceptance and inner peace that I notice the client’s mental, emotional and somatic intelligence begin to wake up; we are better able to feel our sense of connection and belonging in the world, as well as our own self reliance. I have always been interested to learn ways to be better to ourselves and each other.
I like to hike, stretch and be outdoors. I love learning about different cultures and how other people around the world live. I enjoy preparing and cooking beautiful healthy food for my friends and family
