As a clinician, what I love most about my work is the profound privilege of walking alongside someone on their journey toward improvement; whether that's overcoming life's challenges or finally addressing something that's weighed on their mind. I honor the courage it takes for clients to seek support, embrace change, and show such vulnerability in pursuit of understanding. I cherish being a trusted professional who clients can partner with in that process.
My journey into clinical work began with a real passion for making mental health care more accessible and effective, sparked by seeing firsthand how profound therapy can be in shifting someone's life trajectories. I knew right there that I wanted to be of service, weaving my bilingual skills and understanding of evidence-based practices to empower others in overcoming challenges and making meaningful changes.
When I’m not wearing my clinician hat, I’m creating meaningful moments with family and spending time with friends. For hobbies, I enjoy watching emotion-evoking films and TV shows, working out to stay healthy, and spending time outdoors connecting with nature.
