After experiencing individual therapy following my divorce over 20 years ago, I decided to become a therapist myself. My personal journey was incredibly healing and helpful, and it became my goal to guide others in experiencing similar healing journeys. I care deeply about people and I love helping others increase their ability to live happier lives.
When I’m not working, I look forward to spending time with my family and my daughters, walking at the beach, traveling, and photography.
