I have always been a good listener who enjoys hearing other people’s stories. Getting to connect with people and hear their stories during therapy is a fulfilling part of my work. It’s an honor for me to have my clients feel seen and heard in ways they have not previously experienced, and I love watching as they overcome obstacles that had previously held them back. I am dedicated to connecting with my clients on a deeper level and really understanding who they are as a person.

When I am not with clients, I love to hang out in nature and explore new places. I’m passionate about sports, in particular Ultimate and mountain biking. I also enjoy reading. In my downtime, there are times I like to philosophize about topics of interest to me, while there are other times I find my mood craves relaxation without having to think too deeply on a particular subject.
