I genuinely value getting to know my clients as people first, creating space for deep and meaningful work.

My areas of focus include eating disorders, relationship issues and trauma. I am passionate about supporting those who are navigating or healing from narcissistic relationships, exploring self-identity, confronting career challenges, and addressing body image concerns. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic and trauma-informed modalities, balancing empathy with directness, gentle challenge, creativity, and even humor when appropriate.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Whether our work is short-term or long-term, you determine what you want from our time together. This could include building practical coping tools, examining how your past influences your present, or developing a more empowered relationship with yourself.
