I love to work collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand themselves and make meaningful, positive changes. Whether it’s navigating personal challenges or relationship dynamics, my goal is to help clients move past obstacles and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
I work with individuals, kids, families, and couples, using a variety of approaches depending on what each client needs. I love to keep learning and expanding my skills so I can best support the people I work with. Working with couples is a particular passion of mine, helping partners break free from unhelpful patterns and build real intimacy. I’ve also found that I connect well with men who are new to therapy and may be unsure about the process, as well as with women who appreciate the perspective of working with a male therapist.
My own experience in therapy was so meaningful to me and it helped improve my life drastically. I wanted to help provide that same experience to others. I have such a passion for this work, and I genuinely feel I've found my calling - which is a wonderful feeling that I'm very grateful for.
When I’m not working, I love exploring L.A. and its countless beautiful outdoor and cool indoor spaces, as well as spending time with family and friends.
